D01: ARRIVAL IN TURIN

The journey begins on Day 1 in Turin, the capital of Piedmont. Upon arrival, you will meet your guide and check into the hotel. You will begin exploring the city with visits to the Palazzo Reale (Royal Palace) and the adjacent Piazza Castello, admiring Palazzo Madama. In the afternoon, you will visit the Mole Antonelliana, taking the panoramic lift for views of the city and the Alps. You will stroll along Via Roma, enjoy a traditional bicerin at Caffè Al Bicerin, and conclude the day with dinner in the lively Quadrilatero Romano neighborhood.

D02: TURIN

Day 2 begins with a morning visit to the Museo Egizio (Egyptian Museum), one of the most significant collections of Egyptian artifacts outside of Cairo. Afterward, you will see the Galleria Subalpina. After lunch, you will take a short ride to Parco del Valentino to visit the Borgo Medievale. The afternoon continues to the Lingotto area, a former Fiat factory, to see the rooftop test track and the Pinacoteca Agnelli. Dinner will be enjoyed in the San Salvario neighborhood or near Porta Palazzo.

D03: TURIN - ALBA - ASTI

On Day 3, you will transfer to Alba, the undisputed capital of the Langhe region. After free time for lunch, the afternoon highlights the Cathedral of San Lorenzo, where you will journey beneath the surface to explore the ancient Roman forum of Alba Pompeia. The day concludes with a group dinner before heading to Asti for your overnight stay.

D04: ASTI

Day 4 is dedicated to exploring Asti, the historic heart of the Monferrato area, renowned for its medieval grandeur. The morning features a guided wine tasting focused on local viticulture. You will then dive into the city's history, viewing medieval towers, the Torre Rossa, the Crypts of Saint Anastasio, and the Church of San Secondo. The afternoon includes a visit to the Complex of San Pietro in Consavia and the Gothic Cathedral of Santa Maria Assunta before dinner.

D05: GOVONE – BAROLO - FONTANAFREDDA (Castles & Wineries)

Day 5 is a journey through picturesque landscapes. Your morning begins with a visit to the baroque Castle of Govone, a former residence of the House of Savoy. You will pause for lunch at a traditional agriturismo. In the afternoon, you will arrive in Barolo, admiring its captivating castle, before continuing to Fontanafredda, one of Italy's most acclaimed wineries, for a final wine tasting. The experience concludes with dinner and a return to Asti for the overnight stay.

DAY 06: ABBEY OF VEZZOLANO – SACRA DI SAN MICHELE – TURIN

Day 6, your final day, begins at the legendary Abbey of Vezzolano, a Romanesque jewel with ties to Charlemagne. Following lunch, you will travel to the western side of Turin for an essential visit to the Sacra di San Michele, a stunning religious fortress atop Mount Pirchiriano that inspired The Name of the Rose. After exploring this iconic monument, you will transfer to Turin for a final farewell, concluding your journey through Piedmont.
