Tuscany is a powerhouse of European food protection, boasting a massive variety of DOP (Protected Designation of Origin) and IGP (Protected Geographical Indication) products.

We invite you to try and savor these products (together with our local wines of course!) in restaurants, farmhouses, and agricultural estates we collaborate with.

We highly recommend savoring the traditional dishes of 'la cucina povera' (the cooking of the poor). While the name may paradoxically suggest low quality, it actually reflects a history of resourcefulness where people created incredible meals from what they could grow, forage, or save. Today, this philosophy has evolved into a culinary delight, celebrated for its honest flavors and high-quality, seasonal ingredients.
